Terms and Conditions

Millennium House and the industrial units are available on a standard lease for 3 years or longer with 3 yearly rent reviews. The office suites in Vickers House and Century House are available on a standard Tenancy at Will which can be signed by the incoming tenant for immediate occupation.
 
Security

For Tenancy at Will's we require a rent deposit equivalent to one months rent. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by standing order.

You can move in once you have paid the deposit, first months rent and signed the standing order.
 
For leases we will require a reference from your bank and two trade/existing landlord. We reserve the right to ask for accounts.

We require 3 months rent as a deposit then rent will be collected quarterly in advance by standing order.

You can move in when you have signed and completed the lease which will also need to be registered at the local Court.
If you take the standard lease there are no additional charges - if you wish to vary the lease wording you will have to pay for both parties legal costs.
 
Rent deposits

These are held in a separate bank account with interest accruing to you.
This is handed back when you leave and we only deduct amounts if you are behind with your rent or leave the premises in a worse state then you found them.
