Offices at Vickers Business Centre

Basingstoke is a major centre for commerce and industry with a borough population of approximately 150,000. The town centre, just 1.5 miles away, is 45 miles south west of London adjacent to Junctions 6 and 7 of the M3 Motorway (approx. 2 miles). Reading ans Junction 11 of the M4 is accessible via the A33. There is a frequent rail service to London Waterloo with a scheduled journey time of 45 minutes.

Terms of Business (Vickers House and Century House)

Unless agreed on specific lease deals the charge is payable monthly in advance with VAT added at the prevailing rate. For simple tenancy you can stay as long as you like but we ask for one months notice to terminate the lease.

Terms of Business (Millennium House)

Leases are between 3 and 10 years. We will issue you with our standard Lease and if you or your solicitor wishes to make an amendments then you will have to pay our legal costs.

If you cannot provide three years trading accounts we ask for a deposit equivalent to one months charge.
